As the leader of the Ñoqanchiq Program, and from her perspective as an anthropologist, she supported and consolidated CHIRAPAQ’s Cultural Affirmation Workshops in the 90s. This work succeeded at making public and private entities recognize indigenous arts in the Ayacucho region, as an example childhood development programs. Young people that attended the workshops participated in national events and received international awards.
