Mashed sweet potatoes with fish

Nutritious porridge for babies six to eight months old.

INGREDIENTS:
(6 servings)

5 medium sweet potatoes
6 servings of fish (2 tablespoons per serving)
½ cup of fresh milk
5 tablespoons of butter or margarine
Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

Boil the sweet potato. When cooked, peel and then crush into a puree.
Add the milk, oil or butter and salt to taste.
Mix well all the ingredients and serve with frayed fish.

REMEMBER:

The portion of fish for a child of 6 to 8 months are 02 tablespoons.
After feeding, give your child breast milk.
