Quinoa pureed with milk

Nutritious porridge for babies six to eight months old.

INGREDIENTS:
(1 portion)

1 cup quinoa (250 g)
1 slice of white cheese (50 g)
½ cup of evaporated or fresh milk (150 ml)
Salt to taste
Turnip leaves

PREPARATION:

Wash the quinoa several times and then boil.
Mix the boiled quinoa, white cheese, milk and turnip leaves and finally add salt to taste.
Serve the preparation.

REMEMBER:

For child’s six to eight months add 1 teaspoon of oil or butter.
After feeding, give your child breast milk.

THIS RECIPE PROVIDES:

Growth: Cheese, quinoa and milk.
Strength: Quinoa, butter or oil.
Protection: Turnip leaves.
