Spinach puree with eggs

Nutritious porridge for babies six to eight months old.

INGREDIENTS:
(6 servings)
5 medium potatoes (1kg)
½ cup of evaporated or fresh milk
1 teaspoon of boiled spinach
6 egg (500 g)
5 teaspoons of oil or butter (80 g)
Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

Boil the potato. When cooked, peel and crush to make a puree.
Add the milk, spinach, butter oil and a pinch of salt.
Mix well.
Boil the egg, scrape it and add it to the puree.

REMEMBER:

Serve the preparation with the boiled crush egg.
After feeding, give your child breast milk.
